Greetings, Buff Backers! Can you feel it? March Madness is right around the corner and your Colorado Buffaloes have a very real chance to be represented in both the women's and men's tourneys. The women are almost assuredly in and the men are "on the bubble." A win over Nebraska (it's a home game) and at least one win in the Big XII Tournament would make them nearly a clear shot for the Dance. Those of you who know me know that I'm not a very big basketball fan; however, it's hard to not be excited over the successes of our Buffs on the court!

With March Madness comes the annual Buff Backers March Madness Contest. As I'm certain that Buff 87 will round up some fantastic prizes (like he did for the Bowl Contest), you won't want to miss your chance at proving your skills in picking which team will win it all. The contest should be available on Monday, March 17th (one day after Selection Sunday). Since the tournament officially begins about a week after Selection Sunday, you'll need to enter your picks fairly quickly. I'll send a reminder to all of you as the deadline approaches.
