Buff Backers Newsletter, Volume II Number XI

Hi. I know it has been a long time between newsletters, kind of like Plati getting out a Plati-tudes. For those that were afraid they were going to get an avalanche of newsletters, I guess the fear has been put to rest.

What a rollercoaster ride. The Buffs were in OK shape going into the Texas game but after getting manhandled there were not too many fans that thought the Buffs could win two of their last three to make it to a bowl game. Well they decided to win all three of them including a sweet win over Nebraska. Just when the fans thought it was safe to get back in the water the Buffs get manhandled by Oklahoma. But it is time to get behind the Buffs and root them on to victory against UTEP in the Houston Bowl. Check out Buff Backers for the latest bowl information.

Did somebody mention bowls? That must mean it is time for Buff Backers Annual Bowl Contest. This is number 4. Hopefully we will be around for many more. First place price is a very cool CU folding chair. In typical fashion, second and third places prizes are TBD. For the rules and entry form go to Buff Backers and click on Contests in the menu.
